Welcome to Decoders World. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Decoders World's relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term 'Decoders World' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

(a) The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

(b) Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee that files sent to us can be decoded by us seeing that there may be situations beyong our control which negate such an effect. You acknowledge that the decoding/decrypting service that we offer is non-binding and we expressly exclude liability for any inabilities that we may have in fulfilling our mandate to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(c) Your use of our service is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

(d) This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

(e) All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

(f) Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

(g) From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

(h) The service we offer is to only decode files. We are not able to modify or fix any bugs when the files are decoded. [Please refer also to point (o)].

(i) Your successful use of our service signifies your agreement to make payments to us via PayPal.

(j) In the event that payments are made by e-check, the files will not be released to you until the e-check has cleared.

(k) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. The reasons may vary and we will advise affected customers as to why service by us has been denied.

(l) Individuals/Companies who use our decoding/decrypting service agree to pay us as per our pricing structure. The actual amount that will be required per file depends on the number of files and the ease at which they can be decoded. This payment is due for any service rendered once the work has been completed. Failure to make full payment will result in your files being held until said payments have been made, or only release of the number of files that are covered by the amount sent. Once payments have been made in full, all/the remaining files will be released to customers.

(m) Since no payments are made before the decoding/decryption service is executed, we reserve the right to discard all decoded files that have not been paid for after 7 days.

(n) Once files have been decoded, partial segments will be sent to customers. If pleased with the service, customers are expected to make payments for their files so that they can be released to them. Please note that files will not be released until payment has been made in full, so do not ask for us to send you the file so that you can "try" it before paying us!

(o) The service that we provide is on an "as is" basis, which means that the decoded file(s) that we produce are sent to you exactly how they are decoded. If the file(s) fail to work on your server or website, there is nothing we can do about that. You paid for the file(s) to be decoded and that is exactly the service you will receive. As such, please do not request a refund as we do not provide any. Our staff has to be paid for the time they spent decoding the files. [NOTE: In special cases, we will try to assist you in getting your file(s) fully functional on your server. There is no guarantee that we will get them working for you. Please note too that any assistance we offer in this regard will be billed at a rate of $2 per file that needs to be fixed.]

(p) You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Decoder World's prior written consent.

(q) Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to international laws.
